We are currently looking for a Process or Production Engineers for the Kimberly, WI location.

 

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Process or Production Engineer responsibilities are to assist line superintendents in managing mill operations.  They provide process engineering, project management, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning assistance.  They will assist in ensuring the safety and health of all personnel by fully supporting safety programs, training efforts and ensuring safety expectations are being maintained. They improve and optimize processes, provide assistance to production areas in evaluating changes to operation; aid operating personnel in troubleshooting activities.  Process or Production Engineers work with mill maintenance and operations to assist with planning efficient machine shutdowns, and to assist with development, and installation of projects. 

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree in Pulp & Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering2 to 5 years of paper mill operations experienceStrong mechanical, process control, analytical problem solving, and leadership aptitudesFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma (LSS), PI Process Book, SAP, computer modeling and statistics is highly desirable
