Pilgrim's Pride is currently seeking a Processing Area Manager (Debone) for our Live Oak, FL facility. This position manages all spects of production area, utilizing knowledge of procesing technology, processing methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment. Provides leadership for partners in specified area and shift. Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Manager (or equivalent) over Assistant Managers and/or Supervisors. Has approval authority of personnel actions such as hirings, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

Basic Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of production.
- Coordinates with Sales & Marketing to ensure orders are filled on a timely basis and meet all quality standards.
- Promotes and maintains plant safety as a top priority.
- evelops, leads and coaches supervisors and production partners. (Responsible for at least 6 Supervisors and over 300 partners).

Basic Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years experience in processing supervision preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Education:
High School/GED; Associates Degree preferred; directly related work experience will be accepted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the educational requirement.
