Product Lifecycle Management Systems Lead

The Product Lifecycle management (PLM) Systems Lead is directly accountable for successful delivery of PLM process transformation and application deployment within Security and Inspection Products. This individual provides hands-on-leadership, direction, and mentoring to the overall team. This role will also have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. Additional responsibilities include: Develop PLM strategies and implementation plans, Identify and prioritize process improvement programs aligned with business objectives and enabled by PTC technology, and Develop adoption and training plan for major PLM implementations.
