Product Manager, Architectural Products - Milwaukee, WI

PHOENIX PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC.
A leading manufacturer of industrial and architectural lighting products with more than 100 years of history in Milwaukee is seeking qualified individuals for our Architectural Product Manager opportunity.

This individual will be responsible for:
• The market share and profitability of the architectural product lines
• Developing marketing objectives, strategies, and plans to grow sales and profits
• Coordinating internal resources to implement product, promotions, pricing, and distribution management plans
• Enhancing the company’s image within the lighting industry and the markets it serves
• Analyzing new and existing markets for industrial product opportunities
• Leading new product initiatives
• Managing existing product lines

The qualified candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience, with lighting experience helpful
• Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, creative, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate a technical aptitude and creative ability
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid trigonometry
• 10-20% travel is expected
