Product Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION ATK Commercial Products, a division of ATK is a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ammunition and shooting accessories. This position will be located in our Anoka, MN facility and will report to the Sr Supv, Product Services. Principle accountabilities include:--Interface with customers regarding complaints of non-conforming product and/orproblemsituations. --Provide state-of-the-art technical support to customers. --Collect feedback on and informs product development of customer desired products. --Conduct plant tours,and provide range officer support and consumer support at requestedshows. --Assist the department manager in controlling product service replacement costs within established guidelines/annual targets. --Enter data into database and assist the department manager in monitoring this information for non-conforming product trends. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Required: Knowledge of manufacturing and testing procedures related to the manufacturing of sporting ammunition. Extensive knowledge and use of sporting firearms and ammunition. Effective communication and organizational skills required, as well as PC experience. Ability to make logical decisions in a dynamic, and at times, ambiguous, work environment. Desired: Post High School education is desired, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
