Production Administrator

Production Administrator - A large St. Louis fulfillment and direct mail company is seeking an energetic, organized, customer oriented person to join our team.  The position involves project planning, inventory control and production oversight, as well as providing customer service and administrative support for specific programs.



The Project Administrator’s responsibilities will include the following:

 

Organize and coordinate day to day activities associated with large fulfillment programs

Serve as Customer Service contact point for clients

Respond to internal and external information requests

Investigate and resolve inventory, order processing and delivery issues

Create and maintain inventory records; monitor and track inventory usage

Generate reports, analyze information and provide analysis of program operation

Order and maintain supplies

Provide support and administrative services to the operations team

 

Candidates for the position should possess the following skills or experience:

 

*Excellent written and verbal communications skills

*Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

*Prior experience with mainframe or PC based business system applications

*The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work independently in a fast paced environment

*The desire to learn new skills and grow with the company

*The desire to be a team player.

*College degree or, minimum of three years experience in a similar position

*Relevant work experience in customer service, administration and project coordination highly desired.
