Position Description
Provide production control planning support for the manufacturing team. Analyze material requirements across programs and assure material availability in support of production plans and schedules. Serve as the focal point to identify and resolve issues.

Basic Qualifications
- provide strong planning acumen with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- maintain system integrity and accuracy
- track and monitor key material needs and keep team informed on status of critical parts
- ensure delivery commitments are met and schedules are realized
- facilitate the activities of cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- provide continuous improvement solutions to the process by understanding material lead times, production capabilities, demand flow, capacities and cycle times

Other Requirements
- BS/BA and/or 3-5 years experience in a commercial or defense electronics manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- APICS course work/certification a plus
