Production Control Specialist

MOBIS Alabama, LLC, a Tier One supplier to Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama, has an immediate opening in its Production Control Department for its facility in Montgomery, Alabama.


Candidates must have strong computer skills and a specialty in Excel. Good communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and the ability to make well organized lists and charts are a must.  Manufacturing Engineering degree preferred or related Business degree and one year experience in the Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing is required. 



 

Production Control Specialist

Bill of Material Management: Develop master part list.Engineering Change Order Management: Daily checking with changes.Notify Engineering Changes to related departments.Specification Control: Maintain ALC (Assembly Line Control) Code.Engineering Drawing Management: Printing and storage new drawings.  Receive EDI production plan and follow-up with Just-In-sequence system.Provide solutions and alternative methods for resolving incorrect specifications in production line or unexpected production plan changes.  Daily reporting to Supervisor on Master List, Engineering changes, New Drawings, and Production Plan works.Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.Support Supervisor’s works in Production Control.Able to work overtime as needed.
