Production Foreman

Seeking candidates with 3+ years experience in the sign manufacturing industry.  Prior foreman experience is a plus. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:Ensure that employees are spending time efficiently and staying on task.In constant contact with department leads to ensure smooth work-flow.Follow work schedule provided by management.Involved in shift employee reviewsEnsure that all work being performed meets company quality standards.Be influential in all production related departmentsEnsure that all production line/techniques developed by upper management are being executed on the production floor.Ensuring that shift personnel observe all rules and regulations.

Requirements:3+ years of sign manufacturing industryPrior foreman experience a plusWork overtime as scheduled or needed to complete tasksThis position is viewed as a hands on position.  This employee will be actively involved in fabrication of product.Applicant must be highly motivated, self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take charge of a situation and overcome any problems that may prevent the job from being completed within the given time frame.
