Job Description Production Lead Direct and coordinate efforts of the production personnel in their area of responsibility by supporting, planning, organizing, and controlling production with a constant goal of increasing efficiency, quality, and productivity.  Good reading and communication skills in English with capability of translating Standard Operating Procedures.  Good math and number recognition capabilities.  Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience.Education: High School/GEDJob Level: Experienced
