Production - Packer/Trimmer

A local seafood company seeks a Production – Packer/Trimmer! • Must be able to keep up with fast pace while also maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.  • Accurately pick and pack fresh product according to customer needs.  • Properly rotate and cut fresh product to specifications.  • Properly mark each box with customer name, route number, weights and contents. •  Ability to work as a team and follow written and oral instructions.  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.  • Must be computer literate.  • Bilingual a plus.  • Work performed in a climate controlled environment.
