Production Supervisor (4) Openings

State-of-the-Art, Little Rock, Arkansas manufacturer is seeking Supervisors for its 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift operations.

Responsibilities will include:Organizing, training and assigning workers according to production requirements Tracking labor costs, raw material and consumable usage and recommend measures to reduce costs Interpreting work instructions and quality control procedures to meet specifications Training and developing personnel Building a successful team

Requirements:BS Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university in business, industrial technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, managing multi discipline work crews Basic computer skills, basic math skills and the ability to problem solve multiple situations within a diverse workforce Must have strong interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication, analytical and leadership skills, and problem solving skills. MUST BE HIGH ENERGY!!!!!!!!
