Production Supervisor Assistant, Stuarts Draft, VA

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor Assistant in Stuarts Draft, VA area to provide on-site management/administrative responsibilities for System One employees working on location.We are open to reviewing candidates who are able to work 2nd shift and week-ends.  Entry level graduates with work experience in Warehouse/Production and or Personnel management will be considered!   Summary of Functions: Responsible for the management of System One employees assigned to client facilities in the Stuarts Draft, VA area.  Essential Functions:   Daily role call of System One employees on site. Administers disciplinary action for System One employees for any violations of Attendance Policies, GMP’s, Harassment in the Workplace, Workplace Violence, Dress Code, and site specific policies and procedures. Provides documentation to Lead Coordinator for any on site accidents or injuries. Provides performance feedback to our employees. Interfaces with System One Lead Coordinator on all disciplinary activities that may lead to termination of a System One employee.  Requirements: Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to HR/ER, recruiting, marketing and or communication. Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Must be able to work overtime, plus week-ends Bilingual preferred. Not required. This is a long term contract opportunity that provides excellent experience with employee relations and administrative management of employees. PAY --  Starting rate -- Depends on experience.
