Program Manager—ROV/ETO Systems

Description

The program manager will be responsible for complex, multimillion-dollar ETO/ROV system projects. He/she will act as a critical liaison between client, Schilling Robotics engineering, production, and management and will report to the director of program management.

 

Responsibilities

* Plans and manages a combination of simple and complex engineer-to-order (ETO) and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) build programs for various clients.

* Manage executed contracts for equipment and documentation deliverables

*Reviews contract specifications with engineering staff to establish program resource requirements

* Establish schedule for assigned programs to contract and client’s requirements

* Liaise with all departments to ensure program requirements and resourcing are being met

* Establish program WBS structure and budget for assigned projects

*Establish and maintains project schedules and budgets.

*Report project status to client and ensure scope of work is tightly managed

*Report project status to executive management

* Provides support to other departments as required

 

Qualification Requirements:

* Six or more years of project management experience

* Three or more years project management experience in ROV or Offshore Oil field

* Proficient in use of MS Office, MS Project, and PRP/ERP software

* Experience in managing complex engineering- to-order projects

* Experience in managing complex projects for vessel or rig ROV equipment, tooling or services

* Strong drive to create opportunities, “make things happen,” and aggressively meet deadlines

* Excellent technical competence

*Possesses strategic outlook

*Person of integrity, be highly ethical, intelligent, strategic and able to represent the company to domestic and international clients

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

 



Preferred Qualifications

* Accredited PMP

* Experience in dealing with ROV industry clients
