Program Manager

ResponsibilitiesLayoutDevelop project plans and ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are met according to time and budget constrainsDrive project activities against plans, and develop and manage project status and communications. As part of project status tracking and reporting, continuously assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate. Facilitate collaboration across the organization Successfully manage and prioritize projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. Manage multiple projects at the same time.

RequirementsBS in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years working experience in Project ManagementExperience in OEM/ODM PC or consumer electronics businessExperience in electro-mechanical design and development of high volume, low cost consumer productsExperience and knowledge of sheet metal and plastic structure design and documentation. Skills with 3D solid modeling software (ProE preferred), 2D drawing experience as well (AutoCad preferred).Strong injection molding experience is requiredKnowledge on KVM products is a plusStrong track records in customer interfacingExperience in driving and delivering multiple releases for cross-functional team like Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing etc.Familiar with manufacturing processProven track records in delivering projects on schedule Familiar with Bill of Material, able to do cost control Strong interpersonal & communication skills Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
