Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC (CC-H), is a division of Cooper Industries, Ltd., which in 2006 generated the strongest results in our Company’s 173-year history, with revenues of US $5.2 billion.  CC-H is the leading manufacturer of hazardous and non-hazardous fittings, enclosures, apparatus and industrial motor controls, signals and alarms, industrial lighting and plugs and receptacles.  We have ten locations across North America and twelve locations internationally, from the United Kingdom and Europe to Asia and Asia-Pacific.  Through aggressive leadership in product innovation, engineering, manufacturing, distribution and technical support, we have quite literally set the standards by which other manufacturers in our industry are measured.   Cooper Crouse-Hinds provides a world class benefit package including; medical, dental, flexible spending accounts, Life insurance, supplemental Life insurance, Long Term Care insurance, pension plan, 401(k) with matching program, education assistance and matching contributions.   We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Cooper Interconnect group in Windsor, CT   SUMMARY OF POSITION:   Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare bills of material, quotations and product submittals for products, projects, or services to achieve established objectives of product and service sales.  Geographic regions covered may be domestic or international.     PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:   1 Review data to determine material requirements and prepare itemized lists.   2.  Responsible for strong working knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars to assure understanding of not only engineering prints provided by specifier but also Government regulation.   3.  May develop plans in conjunction with a specifier.   4.  Follow up with outside sales distribution or contractors to assist in securing orders.   5.  Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for purposes such as planning, organizing, quotation and competitive analysis.   6.  Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.   7.  Work directly with outside sales, distribution and contractors either by phone or direct contact.   8.  May provide technical assistance to outside sales, distribution and contractors either by phone or direct contact.    9. Participate in the continuous improvement of management systems.   10. Maintain records of project plans and delivery to assure complete customer satisfaction.   11.
