Experience: Outstanding Career Opportunity for an experienced engineering who wants to make strategic contributions to the development of new innovative "Earth Friendly" products.  Key qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • Five (5) plus years experience in design, development, test, or modification of commercial refrigeration or HVAC systems. • Specific knowledge of thermal dynamics, CFD, and temperature controls is required. • Strong knowledge of components, heat transfer, refrigeration systems, and advanced technology in the areas of electronic controls would be a plus. • Ability to apply agency standards to ensure products designed can successfully pass appropriate life-cycle or qualification testing. • Must have excellent communication skills. Description: The successful candidate will: Be part of a small development team working onnew innovations that capitalize on core technologies of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and system controls. Work with designers, test labs, manufacturing, customers and outside sales teams on a Global basis to ensure system design and selection meets all performance specifications. Make recommendations / contributions to the team in a variety of areas, including system design, performance, and appearance.
