Project Manager Assistant

Pro Sign Company is looking to add an additional Project Manager Assistant to our Department staff. This new position is due to rapid company growth.

Position Description: Reports to and is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the projects to meet schedule and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions.

 

Daily Functions:Create both digital and physical job folders for all projectsObtain permit information from appropriate jurisdiction for upcoming projectsManage in house scheduling and administrative software for PM, ensuring that all required background work is completed.Ensure that all Project specific forms are completed and approved by Project Manager such as:CreditPermit Investigation & AgreementSite SurveyCustomer Commitment & POSite ContactOne CallSite Approvals (LL, Customer, Dealer, Franchisee, etc.)Sub-contractor agreementPush survey, estimate & graphic requests & work orders through company departmentsCoordinate with Production & Shipping to meet client scheduleFollow up with customer to complete customer satisfaction reportComplete invoices and project closeout documentation.

 

Qualifications:Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Confident and professional attitude toward working in high stress environment.Organizational skills and attention to detail a mustAbility to multi-task and handle fast paced environmentPrevious sign industry experience a plus
