Project Manager / CSR

National Large Format Printing company is seeking Project Managers for its Texas and California Branches. We need talented individuals to fill the role of Project Manager for Supercolor Digital. In this position, you will be acting as a liaison between Supercolor Digital clients and Account Executives. A Project Manager works with the internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate and execute major projects.

Project Managers are needed for both regular 5 days per week (M-F) and 4 days per week (F-M, 10 hours per day) schedules.

This position reports directly to the clients and sales and works closely with the production and purchasing departments.

Responsibilities
-Coordinating the placement of orders for production, tracking progress, quality control and results
Registering all orders in the company database entry system for production insuring that each job is assessed accurately for correct quantities, file names, size, image control, finishing instructions, and deadlines
-Solving problems by gathering information and evaluating options
-Analyzing and prioritizing information to make appropriate recommendation
-Providing updates on the status of work in progress upon request and Preparing reports, spreadsheets
-Following up with the clients during the course of project and after completion
-Managing and tracking down multiple projects in a fast paced environment
-Overseeing all daily requirements for the in-house projects
-Maintain protocols for secured graphic projects

Qualifications
-Highly time conscientious
-Clear understanding of the stockroom items in relation to production
-Ability to solve problems, document all issues and put the best practices in place to prevent the redundancy of future problems
-Firm grasp of terminology and ability to communicate effectively
-Being a team player
-Having a clear understanding of the production work flow interrelationship with sales and current production loads
-Understanding of the production requirements
-The ability to recommend and implement solutions
-strong people skills
-Common sense

Requirements
-Minimum High school diploma or equivalent experience
-2+ years experience working in Order Entry
-Proven strong 3+ years background in Customer Service
-Accurate data entry on Sea Shell, Word and Excel
-Knowledge of Illustrator and Photo Shop
-Ability to measure accurately and using proportion wheel
-Familiar with different substrates/materials
