Project Manager / Customer Service

Excellent opportunity for experienced customer service or project management professional to provide support to key customers at our established, successful manufacturing company. This is not a sales job and involves order management and processing from long-term established customers.  To be successful you must be detail oriented and able to multi-task while managing customer and subcontractor jobs and schedules. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Develop and maintain professional relationships with buyers. • Interact with subcontractors on outside processing, and follow-up. • Schedule, track orders & keep delivery schedule & order documents updated. • Receive, verify, confirm and enter orders from customers. • Research price and delivery history when RFQ’s are received. • Present quotations to customers, and help schedule orders. • Follow ISO procedures.



REQUIREMENTS • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills. • Self starter, with problem-solving ability. • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications. • Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines. • Operate with a sense of urgency and be a team player.



This position is available immediately, and we are located in west Mira Mesa. Hours are 7am-4pm M-F
