Our dedicated employees take pride in their work, and we value the new skills and fresh ideas of everyone who joins our team.  Currently, we’re looking for an individual to champion the implementation and use of our Learning Management System globally. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· Driving and facilitating continuous implementation of the Learning Management System, Skills Management System and other Learning and Development global processes for both P&H Mining and Joy Mining Machinery

· Identifying and prioritizing global needs, and determining current benchmarks as well as ongoing metrics which align with and strongly impact the business

· Providing ongoing internal customer service, direction, and guidance

· Addressing resource needs creatively without adding headcount

· Supporting, communicating, and driving LMS/SMS global policies and procedures

· Collaborating with global leadership and HR teams, employees, and vendors

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

·  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field

·  4+ years’  experience successfully driving and implementing “change” initiatives

·  Solid understanding of adult learning theories and principles, knowledge of best practices, and demonstrated effort to remain current in the field

·  Conceptual and technical knowledge of Learning Management Systems

·  Ability to align individual goals to department, region and organization objectives

·  Flexibility with travel based on needs and overall company objectives (approx. 25%)

·  Bilingual/Spanish a plus
