Exterran is seeking 3 Project Managers – P&T for our Broken Arrow, OK location.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Assignments

Project Manager:Ensures attainment of highest-level of project/program schedules, budgets, procedures and revenues by developing and monitoring the budget and approval process; leading cross-functional teams, internal and external to Engineering; resolving inter-functional issues; establishing and communicating project/program schedules, objectives priorities, and targets; monitoring the status of programs/projects; providing technical interpretation and expertise, as required; ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, government regulations, and customer specifications; ensuring the documentation of project/program activities and deliverables/ Keeps senior management informed on project/program status by creating and maintaining written reports on project/program status, tests, costs, issues, and performance to established targets on a regular basis; making presentations.
Coordinates HAZOP reviews with customer and coordinates any change orders resulting from HAZOP. Tracks and prepares all change Orders on project both subcontractor and customer.
Coordinates with Field Superintendent, the Final Punch List to close the job out.
Researches complex business and technical issues to establish what is being done and where improvements are possible. Leads team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.


Education and Certification

Required:Eight plus years experience in the design Gas Processing and Treating Plants, process equipment, and piping systems. Experience with rotating equipment.

Desired:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Professional Engineer Licensure in Oklahoma. Some experience working with the Oracle corporate operating system.

Required:Must be able to work under pressure. Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department. Must be able to perform as a Project Engineer and/or Project Manager as work load requires.
