Project Specialist

Weidmann Electrical Technology, Inc. known as the leader in electrical insulation for transformer manufacturers, has an immediate opening for a Project Specialist in Framingham, MA.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing continuous improvement projects relating to plant safety, productivity, scrap reduction and quality improvements, be responsible for metric reporting, and support plant leadership team with reaching business objectives. 

 

Candidate must have a BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field, 2-3 years process engineering experience in a complex production environment, excellent communication and interpersonal slills, self motivated, enthusiastic and an independent decision maker.  Manufacturing experience in coating, printing or similar industry a plus, Six Sigma a plus.
