Pulp Mill Manager

The Pulp Mill Manager will provide technical expertise and team facilitation in the daily operation of the pulp mill and bleaching department.  The manager will ensure that the Business Segment, Operations, and Supply Chains are fully coordinated to improve capability.

 

 

Requirements:

 BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years Pulp Mill management experience.Proven leadership and facilitation skills.Proven ability to define and optimize a production plan.Track record of successful interaction with all levels of an organization especially with leaders and operators in collaborative work teams.Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and organization skills.Proven ability to build strategic and practical plans to support a business vision.
