This position is responsible for developing and executing plans to optimize the acquisition of all materials and services procured by TVS. The position provides leadership and guidance to all levels of management and their subordinates to create a proactive team environment, coach and motivate team members to optimize team effectiveness and interactions among inner team (department) and external teams (across company). Will work with Management Team to accomplish company goals. Incumbent will maintain each assigned supplier in accordance with the procedure defined in MAT-02-003 and will assure all team members are meeting this requirement. Bachelor degree (Industrial Management, Business Administration or related field) and 10+ years of related experience with procurement with government contractors’ emphasis. Experience must include management responsibilities along with heavy negotiation and bid and cost proposal experience. Must have the ability to clearly convey information orally and in writing.
