Quality Assurance Government Contract Leader

We are currently seeking a QA Government Contract Leader for our Washington PA, facility which is located approximately 30 miles south of Pittsburgh.  This position reports to the Director, Quality Assurance. 

 

Job responsibilities include managing, reviewing, and implementing federal government contracts, regulations and national/international specifications. This position also reviews government contract requirement into terms for incorporation into agreements and subcontracts.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 5 years experience with government contracting/regulatory requirements which includes: Review government contract requirements into terms for incorporation into proposal, agreements and subcontracts. Develop quality assurance system documentation and audit the same. Briefing management on exceptions, alternatives and proposed solutions and providing recommendations to management Preparing pre-award approval documents, reviewing and approving contractual documents

Detailed knowledge and skills in quality systems and federal government contracting, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and other FAR

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
