You are invited to join a tight-knit and exciting team by applying today.What would you be doing?As our client’s Quality Assurance Inspector, you would perform receiving, in-process and final inspections and testing of incoming parts, first articles and goods. Your responsibilities would include: Maintaining quality control records and reports Participating actively in the identification, resolution and root cause analysis of defects Collaborating with production and engineering departments to communicate changes in materials, blueprints and parts Training new inspectors on proper documentation and inspection techniques Preparing and submitting paperwork in the molding department Conducting thorough first article inspections on molded and vendor-supplied parts Conducting regular inspections on machines and assembly lines to ensure machine and assembly processes are maintained Monitoring all aspects of the receiving system and quality of submitted products Conducting tests of finished goods to ensure the company’s functional and cosmetic standards are met Monitoring and preserving quality control records and reports from manufacturing areas Communicating with all parties involved to ensure compliance, control and documentation of products Adhering to ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance standards Conducting source inspections at vendor sites to monitor production output and communicate requirements Actively supporting the company’s quality objectives and contributing to the Quality Management System Performing additional duties as assignedWhat kind of candidate are we seeking?We’re after a detail-oriented, motivated personality with strong verbal and written communication skills who can be available for a three shift rotation.
