Quality Control Technician/Inspector Quality Control Technician/InspectorChester County, PA Our client has been named one of America’s fastest growing technical companies. They are currently seeking a full time employee for their Quality Control team as an Inspector/Test Technician. This position would be working inspecting and testing vendor parts and internal final products, therefore the ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with subassemblies.  Duties:· Work from production checklists, prints, sketches, diagrams, schematics, and other forms and documents. · Conduct incoming, in process and final visual, functional and dimensional inspection of a range of production electro-mechanical units, devices and parts.  · Prepare required documentation and route units as required to maintain schedules and communicate related issues.   · Determine causes of failures and communicate conclusion to engineering and to vendor technical contact as appropriate. · Train and advise others on technical issues relating to inspection and repair of electro-mechanical subassemblies and assemblies.  · Communicate with vendors to resolve issues, serving as a liaison between inspection, engineering and production. Technical Tools/Equipment:Hand and hand power tools, multi-meter, pin gauge, micrometer, caliper, torque wrench, digital measuring tools, mill, lathe, drill press, prescribed safety equipment, computer and common related peripherals. Experience:· 5+ years experience with complex mechanical inspections and troubleshooting · Experience with ISO environments · Ability to lift and move up to and including 60 lbs  Pay Rate: $18.00 – 20.00/hour
