As a Quality Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and directing plant-specific Quality Programs to ensure customer satisfaction, continuous process improvements, compliance with established standards and ISO recertification. Day to Day: * Develops and analyzes statistical data related to quality measurement and improvement* Formulates and maintains quality control objectives to maximize product reliability and minimize costs * Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability* Develops and supports effective quality teams and environments* Investigates and resolves customer quality issues* Develops plant-wide quality plans and implementation schedules* Impacts and promotes organizational quality strategy and vision* Utilizes Lean Manufacturing techniques and applies Six Sigma or other TQM process improvement methodologies Education/Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus 5 years related work experience or 10 years related work experience.
