Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreates and implements champion process-improvement strategiesLeads his/her facility to quality/organizational excellence and lead team efforts to establish and monitor customer/supplier relations, support strategic planning and deployment initiativesOversees all site functionsAccountably fully for profit and lossManages the front line supervisory staffWorks with various internal departments to assure the highest quality of data collection and client satisfactionOther duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

Education & ExperienceTechnical degree or equivalent experience preferredMust have fabrication and welding experienceMust have proven track record or monitoring budgets and implementing cost controlsMust have experience in hiring and training employees
