We are the sole US manufacturing subsidiary of Eppendorf AG, a world leader in laboratory instruments and consumables for biotechnology research, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.

Our 24-hour operation incorporates the latest technology and best materials to produce safe, precise and reliable tips for life science and clinical research. Injection molding takes place in clean-room conditions, and the facility is in the process of obtaining ISO certification.

 Job Description

 

·  Responsible for building up and managing the Centrifuge Quality Department in structure and personnel

·  Ensuring that the Centrifuge Department becomes ISO certified

·  Develops and maintains a supplier quality index using statistical control programs

·  Performs inspections and testing of supplied parts according to guidelines/inspection instructions and creates and maintains test procedures

·  Designs testing schedules for incoming goods inspection by using the CAQ-System


 Skills and Education

 

·  Bachelor's degree (B.S.) and minimum 5 years related experience

·  Knowledge of ISO/9000 certification is required

·  Formal education in areas related to mathematics, statistics, and industrial practices are essential for this position

·  Must be computer literate with good communication skills
