Quality Manager First Tier Automotive Supplier

We are a First Tier supplier to the OEM automotive companies and a manufacturer and assembler of interior trim parts with injection molding operations located in the Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan area.  We have an opening for a degreed Quality Manager with a minimum of 10 years experience as a Quality Manager for a First Tier supplier to the OEM automotive industry.  Requirements are a sound technical background in quality with excellent people management skills to promote teamwork and manage quality operations in a buys plant production setting.  The successful candidate will meet with automotive customers and must have a solid background in doing PPAP, FMEA, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and be knowledgeable in developing standardized work instructions, and preparing necessary documentation for new product launches.  Excellent computer skills are required; experience with the Toyota Production System is a plus  The ability to lead the Quality Department and work with all disciplines including Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Program Management is essential.  Salary is commensurate with experience and results with excellent benefits.  Please email your resume with relevant work experience and salary requirements for immediate consideration.
