Quality Managers To $75K

Multiple clients of ours locally are looking for experienced professionals in quality engineering and management. Individuals will be an integral part in driving companies continuous improvement efforts while ensuring the maximum amount of quality is bring produced for companies’ product lines.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Development and implementation of Six Sigma techniques and methods for the manufacturing Facilities business processes.

· Responsible for deploying Lean manufacturing initiatives including training, education, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen evens and progress reports.

· Utilize current lean manufacturing techniques including value stream mapping, project selection, chartering measurement, and 5S Kaizen workshops to help modernize business

· Will lead compliance, quality/root analysis, controls and standards to drive business process quality and strive for continuous improvement

· Streamline all appropriate business functions to gain maximum efficiency while ensuring high productivity

· Increase customer satisfaction through higher quality product

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, operations management, or related field. Lesser degree with substantial experience will also be considered

· Must have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the successful delivery of cross functional projects using Lean/6-Sigma (DMAIC) techniques

· Quality Management experience or similar role in an industrial Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

· Green Belt or Black Belt certification in LEAN / 6-Sigma (DMAIC) a must

· Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and must be able to facilitate groups through the Lean Six Sigma deployment process.

· Strong communication and leadership skills a must

· Strong knowledge and experience with SPC
