Required: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline, MBA (a plus) and current standing at the Director or VP level in sales & marketing with a minimum of 15 years sales management experience within the industrial valve or pumps industry, that must include offshore management experience. A strong track record of success is necessary, along with minimal job movement.
