 Quebecor World Book Services in Taunton, MA, a subsidiary of Quebecor World, one of the largest commercial printers in North America, is a full-service book manufacturing facility.

 

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating book reprints for identified customers and/or customer service representatives; building and enhancing customer relationship by providing timely, accurate communications and resolution of product problems; overseeing reprint jobs through the production process, submitting sample books to the customer as required; managing the established job schedule, continually maintaining an awareness of jobs statuses.

 

Job Requirements:

·  Prior experience with or knowledge of the book manufacturing process a definite plus;

·  Maintain customer schedules, paper reports and postage billing.

·  Copying and distribution of job tickets, filing, entering shipping orders for finished products as well as samples, creative materials, etc.

·  Will cover the Customer Service Representative’s Desk when he/she is away.

·  Answering phones in a professional manner.

·  Must have good computer skills in Word, Excel and E-mail (currently lotus Notes)

·  Must possess excellent follow-up skills;

·  Must be committed to ensuring customer service excellence;

·  Must have excellent communication, organization, computer and phone skills;

·  Must be a team player.
