Position Description

· Schedule and coordinate repair activities and scheduling for the World Wide Distribution Units

· Plans and monitors products through the complete repair cycle

· Works with production managers to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements

· Works with production planners to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions

· Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions

· Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges

· Maintains records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, material issues, delivery schedules, sales order and return credit problems



Position Requirements · AS and 5 years previous work experience as a Customer Care Support · Minimum 5 years coordinating repair schedules and handling repair processes and instruction   for failure analysis · Must have prior experience in service parts ordering, distribution and shipment · Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

· Must have proficient computer skills and experience:  SAP, Word, Excel, and Email
