Receiving Lead

This position is responsible for the receiving process to include but not limited to: receiving all incoming shipments, inspecting shipments for quality and accuracy and preparing and processing paperwork as necessary

 

The following abilities are required:Oversees the daily operations of the receiving area reporting directly to the Materials Manager.Receives and inspects incoming packages and distributes to recipient or appropriate storage area in the warehouse.Operate Forklift in a warehouse environmentMust be able to perform cycle counts and MRB reporting.Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors.

 

The following qualifications are required:Must be able to read, interpret and speak English.Must possess a working knowledge of receiving process and procedures.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Must possess a valid Driver’s and Forklift License.Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of AS-400/JD Edwards.Must be able to create and work with Excel Spreadsheets.High School Diploma or GED
