Refrigeration Service Manager

Hoshizaki America, Inc., a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment, is seeking a Refrigeration Service Manager reporting to the Miami, FL office.

 

The primary responsibly of the Service Manager is to promote the goodwill and customer service of PSI in a manner that maximizes the potential for growth and profits. This job is not to be confused with the operational management of parts and warehouse operation of the Distribution Center. It is also not intended to be a support system or substitute for tech support that is handled by Peachtree City. The responsibilities for this position are inclusive of but not necessarily limited to the following:

 Management of PSI profitManagement of activity and create schedule for service techDaily: Service ticket; Collect money, Activity report, 10 minute check sheet, estimate, etc.Weekly: Forecast of total sales on a weekMonthly Budget: Track earnings for each service tech

·  Management of customer relationshipsMake customer list of PM contract, water filter changing list, installation list and customer relationship listFollow up on all customers from our list

·  Service training of field for PSI service technician

·  Follow up on service work to insure customer satisfaction and inquire about future possibilities for service

·  Handle labor claims and monitor with follow up for service possibilities

·  Manage and distribute all service calls that are taken by the Distribution Center

·  Approval and policy support of all customers that request service

·  Direction of and responsibility for the productivity of service techs

·  Making calls with service techs to insure ability and understanding

·  Help in the process of installations on an as needed basis

·  Site survey of installation for sales and service
