Regional Demand Manager - Inkjet Systems This role works closely with Sales and SPG personnel to understand monthly customer product requirements and SPG deliverables. Responsible for understanding Customer Promotion/Ad Plans and product requirements. Analyzes Customer POS data to understand sales and inventory positions, and how to match demand and supply. Key participant in the customer allocation process. Tracks monthly sales progress for US&C on a daily basis and runs reports to verify billings, back order status, deliveries and shipments. Works closely with the worldwide supply chain organization to insure Regional product availability. Provides input to the monthly forecasting and estimate process to support sales goals. Works closely with SPG personnel, WW planners, regional planners and logistics regarding timing issues, product allocation issues, transportation and logistics issues. Job Responsibilities include: Supporting Financial Estimate process with product availability and account forecast analysis. Develop Regional Inventory strategy and plans to meet inventory goals. Create a monthly allocation plan for Allocation Planners to execute against. Created by using account forecasts, customer projections and meeting Ad commitments/special promotions. Direct planners and CSR's with handling of internal and external customer requests or delivery issues. Meet with customer inventory analysts and buyers to review customer metrics and forecasts. Work to drive process improvements that smooth the order-to-commit process. Meet regularly with Finished Item Planner to review issues and communicate priorities. Coordinate and operationalize Regional strategies cross-functionally to ensure the success of the Region's plan. Skills and Experience Required: Individual should clearly understand Kodak's distribution model, with focus on Digital Products Familiarity with supply chain/logistic processes and impact to business. Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel...) Familiarity with the sales estimating process. Knowledge/experience with SAP/Global Data Warehouse. Strong communication and organization skills. College degree required. Attention to detail.
