Regional Director, Human Resources

At Greatbatch, we are dedicated to designing and manufacturing custom products for various implantable medical and commercial markets. And we intend to continue to provide the innovation and strategic acquisitions that will bring our customers the technology they need to be successful. We are looking forward to complementing our dynamic and professional management team with the a Regional Director, Human Resources for our Corporate Facility in Clarence, NY.  This individual will serve as a consultant to staff and management in the application of HR best practices.  Initiatives include organizational development, workforce planning, leadership development and succession planning.  Qualifications:4- year degree in related field, MBA preferred and 10-12 years related experience with 5 years experience in a leadership role.  Competencies in recruitment/staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, HRIS and training/staff development are required.  A successful candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing people combined with a dynamic, take-charge attitude.  If you have a passion for change and continuous improvement we want to hear from you!
