Regional FP&A Manager - Brea,CA

-Preparation of monthly financial forecast
-Preparation of daily and weekly sales reports
-Frequent review of Balance Sheets and P&L statements
-Preparation of journal entries for BI accrual, co-op, freight and other AP accruals
-Quarterly preparation of sales incentive payments and analysis of incentive accrual
-Expense analysis
-Development of capital appropriation requests
-Preparation of annual financial plan
-Identification and analysis of risks to achieving financial forecast/plan
-Additional special projects as needed for management team


AA/AS degree with 6-10+ years experience; MA/MS degree with 4-7+ years experience; PhD with 2-4+ years experience

-Bachelors degree (or higher), preferably in Accounting or Finance
-At least six years of hands-on financial planning experience
-Exceptional computer skills
-Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities under tight deadlines
