Regional Lean Six Sigma Deployment Leader

Our client is a 10 Billion dollar diversified industrial firm well known throughout the world for its high quality products, its "lean" driven manufacturing focus, and as one of the leading global employers.  They have asked us to assist in their search for a Regional Lean Six Sigma Deployment Leader for one of their Sectors (Apx 3B per annum.)  This position will be responsible for 5 domestic sites and one located in Mexico.  Therefore, travel would be a constant.  Reporting to the Manager of Lean you will: ----Provide active leadership and support globally to assigned plants and business support areas (finance, aftermarket, supply chain management, etc) as they deploy six sigma methodologies to achieve operations excellence. ----Utilize appropriate mechanisms to manage and track transformations and their impact deploying Lean policies and roadmaps to Operational excellence.  Learn, apply and teach the Six Sigma Method. ----Develop infrastructure tools and supporting materials and conduct workshops that foster the cross functional deployment of Operations Excellence. ----Assist with Six Sigma project and candidate selections, mentor and coach lean leaders, six sigma greenbelts and black belts on their projects. ----Influence assigned manufacturing facilities and functional support areas to assure their transformation plans are aligned with Operational Excellence Deployment Roadmap.  Build bridges with all departments such as Quality, Supply Management, Design Engineering, Marketing, and develop a holistic approach to improve the business. ----Work with global business and site operations leaders as an active mentor, coach and technical leader in the deployment of Operational excellence using the methodologies of lean and six sigma. ----Access targeted locations to improve order to cash lead times through lean/six sigma techniques. ---Generate and manage a project pipeline identifying business opportunities that will help drive Operational Excellence.Requirements for this position are:--BS required/MS preferred with 5 to 7 yrs of relevant (lean and six sigma implementation) experience.--LSS Greenbelt Certification Required,  Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.Must have proven experience in transformation to LSS objectives and plans across cross-functional groups, plants, and operations.--MUST have proven experience in orchestrating and implementing lean initiatives, processes, and programs in a "multiple plant environment."--Hands on experience with Value Stream Mapping for Dock to Stock or Order to Invoice.--Leading and facilitation Kaizen events to improve Value Stream Indicators.---Prior experience as an Operations Manager or related position in operations would be a plus.If you are interested please submit your resume as a word attachment to:  lynduda@mrorangeburg.com   Only those candidates whose background fit the position requirements will be contacted.  Thank you in advance for your time and interest MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
