Regional Manager - Food Packaging

We are seeking a Western Regional Manager to grow and service our rapidly expanding business!This is a home-based position so if you can be located anywhere in the Western Region (CA, AZ, NV, ID, WA, OR, etc).Do you have 2+ years of successful sales management experience preferably managing accounts within the Western US?Do you have sales experience in the packaging and / or food industries?And, do you have a Bachelors degree?If "YES", this is a great opportunity for YOU!We are seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager who will actively promote new sales and develop and grow relationships with existing accounts. Primary territory includes but is not limited to the Western US and you will also be responsible for managing and growing our broker network nationwide.We are rapidly growing and this means more $ potential for you!Job responsibilities include:- Prospecting for new accounts - Growing and managing existing account base - Developing product pricing and customer quotes - Preparing presentations and proposals as necessary - Achieving sales goals as set by management - Managing, prospecting and creating leads list - Sales forecasting based on knowledge of customers needs - Managing and arranging travel and customer visits - Attending trade shows and association meetings - Serving as a point of contact for customers issues - Weekly reporting and updates of sales - Weekly reporting of contacts - Submitting weekly expense reportsWhat You Need to Qualify:- 2+ years of successful regional sales management experience in packaging and / or food industries. - Experience managing the Western region, consisting of but not limited to AZ, CA, ID, NV, WA, and OR. - Ability to travel 3-4 days per week. - Ability to work from a home office. - Bachelors degree.We offer a competitive base salary in addition to an aggressive commission plan.
