BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is a Monmouth County based international manufacturing company for industrial conveying and power transmission components.  We are a major supplier to many Fortune 500 companies due to our expertise in highly customized products with short lead times.

 

Due to our dynamic growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a team-oriented individual as a full time Sales Engineer.  We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who enjoys working for an ISO 9001 certified company.  The successful candidate will be an energetic person with a positive work attitude and enthusiasm.

 

Job description:

·  Full time Sales Engineer

·  Responsible for generating sales in the Minnesota/Iowa/North Dakota/South Dakota territories

·  Out-of-town travel to promote products within region

·  Focus on priority prospects in territory

·  Define competitor customers and convert them to BRECOflex accounts

·  Increase market share in territory

·  Promote products at trade shows

·  Prepare weekly itineraries, call reports, expense and mileage reports

·  Reports directly to Vice President, Sales & Marketing

 

Requirements for this position include:

·  College degree required in Business, Marketing or Engineering

·  Seven years related sales experience may be substituted for degree

·  Optimal utilization of time management skills

·  Must have good organizational skills and be able to present technical information regarding products in a clear, concise manner

·  Ability to listen to customers, analyze needs, and apply solutions to engineering problems utilizing strategic and logical thinking

·  Good communication skills

·  Knowledge of manufacturing processes/terminology

·  Ability to close deals
