Regional Sales Manager

Republic Blower Systems, the production arm of Republic Sales and Manufacturing, is seeking a manager for their midwest area. The position will reside at their Dallas, Texas facility and will extend vertically through the center part of the country. The blower group expands internationally and deals with industrials in the area of drying, conveyor blow-off, and any application requiring the large use of high volume air. We deal in cans and bottling, large bakeries, and many applications of a specialty nature.

Position Description:

 * Needs experience in the industrial arena and should be able to sell directly and train distributors.

* Knowledge of the OEM market very important.

* A diplomatic approach to distributor training very neccessary.

* Must be willing to travel 35-40% of time by air.

* Computer skills very important.

* Hands-on interest for industrial products a definite plus.

* A four year degree strongly preferred but will consider associates if work experience is right

* Should be able to both sell large industrials and manage multiple areas at the same time.
