We are seeking a driven, consultative Regional Sales Manager to manage a sales team as well as prospects and customers. Candidates should be assertive, resilient and results focused with a proven track record of accomplishment in prospecting, relationship development and new business generation. Candidates should have a minimum of 10-15 years of industrial products field sales experience. Experience with welding and distributors a plus.

1st year compensation falls within the range of $130K-140K (base and incentive).  We offer excellent benefits, strong 401K plan and a phenomenal car allowance program!
