Job Description:

The Sales Manager is responsible for sales process, including, strategic planning, negotiation, market research and product knowledge. Prospecting, qualifying and customer service are essential aspects of the job. Sales Manager will attend and present at trade shows, exhibitions and workshops.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years experience with optics/photonicsProven successful track record of achieving/exceeding order and sales targetsGood presentation skillsAbility to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form Ability to work with mathematical concepts (e.g. probability, statistical inference, geometry, trigonometry) Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsKnowledge of Clean Room protocolGraduate degree in science, marketing or business is highly desirableValid driver’s license and ability to travel 50-75%
