EXCITING, CHALLENGING OPPORTUNITY FOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS

We are currently seeking result driven Regional Sales Managers to join the Kwalu team. Kwalu provides furniture, wall protection and more to thousands of leading companies throughout the United States.

We are looking for individuals that have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for individuals that have the drive and determination to plan and follow through with all of our production efforts.  We are looking for team players who finds solutions and identifies new opportunities.   

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-       Pioneering customers from numerous sources.  

-       Maintaining relationship with existing customers.

-       Acting as an information channel between Kwalu and its products and existing/potential markets and providing necessary feedback.

-       Gathering market and customer information along with the proper recording and reporting.

-       Staffing trade exhibitions and demonstrations from set-up to conclusion.

-       Develop and coach the Individual Sales Representatives in pursuit of corporate goals.

-       Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment.

-       Attend assigned trade shows.

-       Generate leads and evaluate sales potential in areas and product categories.

-       Liaise with Marketing, Finance and Technical Support.

-       Manage internal requirements including travel, training, and call frequency requirements.

-       Preparation of sales presentations, reports and projections as required.

 

Skills and Knowledge:

-       Excellent human relations and communications skills.

-       At least five years in sales management required along with educational background in sales or marketing.

-       A technical background is beneficial to understand our products.

-       Strong analytical mind and problem solving skill.

-       Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment.

 

Qualifications:

-       This position includes extensive domestic and some international travel.

-       Self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win.

-       Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.

-       A technical background is beneficial to understand our products.

-       An organized, team approach.

-       Previous sales experience in a high speed manufacturing environment preferably in furniture manufacturing industry is a plus.  

-       A valid driver’s license and passport are required.

 

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

-       End-user customer sales.

-       Sales with customer visits.

-       Product demonstrations, customer training and product installation responsibilities.

-       Technical assistance providing within selling process.
