Regulatory Compliance Technician

Verify completeness of ingredient information; contact ingredient vendors for incomplete/additional information as needed for internal ingredient approval. Generate ingredient searches, specialized reports and information requests from PVDS. Maintain regulatory hard copy files (label copies and ingredients) and electronic records for current and historical data on all products; perform electronic archiving of documents; establish standardized processes for entry and reporting. Generate hard copies of artwork files; perform initial review of packaging against label copy and provide to Regulatory Specialist for final approval. Provide documentation for sample submission, track receipt of analysis and maintain records for analytical nutrition verification system related to all nutritionally labeled products. Interface with Information Systems group and specification system vendor to resolve system issues. Generate school bid information for Sales.
