Rental Coordinator

Carrier Global Rental Systems is a division of Carrier, based in Farmington, CT. With 600 employees in US and Europe, Global Rentals provides year round, temporary HVAC and pump solutions during emergency breakdowns, planned outages, equipment retrofits and plant expansions.

Carrier Rental Systems has an excellent opportunity for a Rental Coordinator in our Totowa, NJ office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- All data entry into E-Results software for Sales department
- Assist Sales as needed with marketing, quotes, and administrative paperwork
- Assist Sales and the Accounting Department with Accounts Receivable
- Provide superior customer support. This includes shipping, receiving, processing of proposals/renewals and issuing tracking numbers.

- AA/AS degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, plus 1-2 years experience
- HS Diploma, plus 3-5 years experience

Qualified candidates will have:
- 2-5 years of Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Must possess the ability to problem solve
- Previous experience in a sales environment preferred

This position also requires occassional night and weekend shifts.
